Is there a per-client fee?
No. Omnia Manage is priced per MSP, not per client. Onboard as many clients as you manage. There's no additional charge per client, per site, or per contract.
Is there a per-technician or per-seat fee?
No. Unlimited staff included on all tiers. Add your whole team, including engineers, account managers, and service desk, without worrying about per-user charges eating into your margin.
What's included in early access?
Everything. All features currently available in the platform are included in early access: asset management, software licences, client portal, identity integrations, SSL monitoring, documentation, warranty tracking, and notifications. Early access members also get priority support and direct input into the product roadmap.
What does "founding member pricing" mean?
The rate you join on during early access is locked in for as long as you remain a customer. When Standard pricing launches at a higher rate, early access members keep their original price, forever, with no price increases tied to plan changes or feature additions.
Can I cancel?
Yes. No long-term contracts, no lock-in. You can cancel at any time. We believe the product should earn your subscription every month, not a 12-month agreement.
How long does the application take?
We review every application manually and respond within 48 hours. We onboard in small batches to make sure early access customers get proper attention, so there may be a short wait between approval and onboarding.
