Made by an MSP that needed it

Omnia Manage began inside Omnia Systems, our managed service business. Our client base was growing across several RMMs, MDMs and identity providers, and the information we needed was everywhere except one place our clients could see.

We tried the tools on the market. They were built for enterprise IT teams, priced for MSPs ten times our size, or took months of setup before they were useful. None of them gave a client a live view of their own assets without an export and a spreadsheet.

So we built our own, as the system we actually ran our managed services on. Every feature started as something we needed for a real client. Once we saw what it did for client trust, and how many hours it saved us, we decided other MSPs should be able to use it too.

Some of our clients are co-managed, with IT teams of their own. They use Omnia Manage every day to look after their internal estate, alongside us. That’s how we learned what in-house teams need from it, and why it’s now open to them as well.

How we build it

We use it before you do

Every feature runs on our own clients first. If it doesn’t survive a real Monday morning, it doesn’t ship.

Priced the way we’d want to buy it

One price per MSP. No charge per client, per device or per technician, and the client portal is included, not an add-on.

Early customers steer the roadmap

We onboard in small groups and talk to every MSP directly. The tools you use decide which integration we build next.
