Who we are

This website is run by Omnia Systems (UK) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 07796092, at 12-13 The Oaks, Clews Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, B98 7ST. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can contact us at privacy@omnia-manage.io.

This notice covers this website. How we handle personal data inside Omnia Manage, for our customers, is set out in our data processing agreement.

What we collect

When you start a trial we collect your name, your company’s name, your work email address, the workspace address you choose, and the RMM and MDM you use. Your card, billing address and any VAT number are collected by Stripe, our payment provider, on its own checkout page; we never see your full card number.

When you join a waitlist we collect your name, your work email address, your company’s name if you give it, and the tools you’re waiting for. When you join early access for IT teams we collect your name, your company’s name, your work email address, the number of devices you look after, the RMM and MDM you use, and anything you choose to tell us in the message box.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your colour theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.

Why we use it

We use your details to set up your workspace, send your sign-in and trial emails, bill your subscription, reply to early-access requests, and tell you when an integration you asked about becomes available. Our lawful basis is the contract you enter into when you start a trial, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about Omnia Manage.

We don’t sell your details or add you to marketing lists without asking.

Who we share it with

Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment and billing details for us and may store them in the United States under appropriate safeguards. Early-access requests are received by Formspree, which processes them for us and may store them in the United States under appropriate safeguards. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We keep the IP address a trial or waitlist sign-up came from for a short time to stop abuse of the sign-up form.

How long we keep it

If you don’t become a customer, we delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you. Billing records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@omnia-manage.io. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
