Questions
Is there a charge per client or per technician?
No. One price per MSP covers every client you manage and everyone on your team.
Can an in-house IT team use it?
Yes. In-house workspaces have one register for the whole company and leave out the MSP-only parts, such as client lists and distributor pricing. They’re in early access at the same £79 a month. Join from the IT teams page.
What happens during the trial?
You set up your workspace in a couple of minutes and connect your first tools, with a setup guide to follow and our help if you want it. You get 14 days with everything included, on your own data.
Why do you ask for a card?
So your workspace carries on without a break when the trial ends. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and if you cancel before then from the Billing page in your workspace, you won’t be charged at all.
What does early access include?
Every feature in the product today, plus priority support and a direct say in what we build next.
What happens to my price when standard pricing launches?
Early-access customers keep their founding rate when standard pricing launches.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. There’s no long-term contract.
My RMM or MDM isn’t live yet. Should I still try it?
Yes. Email support@omnia-manage.io and tell us which tools you use. It directly decides which integration we build next, and we’ll tell you the moment yours is ready.
